Stand rates and how to participate
Indian Participants
 Structured space - INR 9,500 /- per sq. mtr
Includes shell scheme with laminated panels, facia, carpet, dustbin, lights, stand furniture
(tables and chairs), power points and power as per stand size.
Bare space - INR 8,750 /- per sq. mtr
Exclusive of shell scheme and other fixtures (minimum area - 20 sq mtrs)
Overseas participants
Structured space - EURO 210 /- per sq. mtr
Includes shell scheme with laminated panels, facia, carpet, dustbin, lights, stand furniture
(tables and chairs), power points and power as per stand size.
Bare space - EURO 200 /- per sq. mtr
Exclusive of shell scheme and other fixtures as notified in the structured space scheme.
(minimum area - 20 sq mtrs)
12.36% service tax on the total billing
Premia
One side open stall (regular ) - Nil
Two side open stall (corner ) - 10% over stand rate
Three side open stall - 15% over stand rate
Four side open stall (island stand ) - 30% over stand rate
Stalls with mezzanine floor - 35% over stand rate (minimum area - 100 sq. mtrs)
Restrictions
Individual companies will be allotted a maximum area of 500 sq mtrs
(does not apply to group or country participation)
