Government
service tax : 12.36 % applicable
on total billing.
Shell scheme includes
laminated panels, facia, carpet, dustbin, lights, stand furniture
(tables and chairs), power points and power as per stand size.
Bare space is exclusive of shell scheme and other
fixtures (minimum area – 20 sq mtrs)
Premia
for special stand requirements
REGULAR BOOTH (one side open) : Nil
CORNER STAND (two sides open) : 10% over stand rate
PENINSULA STAND (three sides open) : 15% over stand rate
ISLAND STAND (four sides open) : 30% over stand rate
MEZZANINE STRUCTURES may be erected within the central area of the
stand subject to :
(i) A minimum booked space of 100 square metres.
(ii) The mezzanine area constructed may NOT exceed 50 per cent of
the stand area.
(iii) The total height of the entire stall structure, including the
mezzanine area may NOT exceed 5 metres (clearance).
(iv) The total area of the mezzanine floor will be billed at 50 per
cent of the stand tariffs.
Restrictions
Individual companies will be allotted a maximum area of 500 sq mtrs
(does not apply to group or country participation)
